5 minutes drive from the house by car (Google Maps)

Nature itself is a wonderful playground for both young and old, but on Rømø, there is a forest playground that makes playing in nature even more special.

Among other things, there are a zip line, balance beams, swings, as well as tables and benches where you can enjoy your picnic.

If you feel like visiting the forest playground, simply follow the signs from the northernmost parking lot in Kirkeby Plantation on Rømø. There is also a public toilet / accessible toilet here.

If you follow the yellow hiking trail from the parking lot, you will take a 4 km circular tour through Kirkeby Plantation, which also leads to Rømø’s most beautiful spot: Spidsbjerg.
